What if my site is already broken? Can you fix it?

Yes we can. We will take a look and see whats wrong and do our best to give you an approximate estimate as to what needs to be done and how long it will take to fix it.

Do you offer 24/7 support?

No we do not. Our support hours are 9AM – 5PM PDT, Monday through Friday. We hope to extend those hours in the future.

What are my payment options?

Payment can be made using any major debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Payments will be automatically deducted on the first of the month.

What if I have multiple websites?

The fees mentioned above are per site. At this time we do not offer discounts on multiple websites.

Do my hours rollover if unused?

Unfortunately not. Your development time must be used every month or you will forfeit your development time for that month.

Only 30 minutes of SEO and Speed Optimization?

We have found that many of our clients cannot afford to invest an extra $2000-$5000 upfront for SEO and Speed Optimization services. So we often coach and advise as to how they can do it incrementally over time. But even that takes a lot of time and investment. So we decided to help them by offering incremental services. Every month we can work on one important element at a time. In time you will improve your site speed and SEO without a major up front investment.

What is your cancellation policy?

We don’t use contracts for this service and you can cancel at anytime. If a canceled midway through a payment period the refund will be prorated.

What if I have multiple websites?

The prices listed are per site.

What if I want to mix and services from plans?

We designed these packages to simplify things but if you would like a custom package please contact us and we will provide a quote.
